Someone once told me that it’s “harder to maintain your existing clients and easier to gain new ones”! With this being said I think the small things we do for our clients/customers creates loyalty and lets them know we appreciate their business. Client Appreciation Monthwas in August and what I did was offer my clients a special on my personal shopping services. They were so excited and four-teen of them signed up. For the month of November I wanted something classy, but exclusive that they wouldn’t forget!
Last Sunday I hosted my Sip, Style and Shop event at the Loft http://www.loft.com/ at the Mall at Millenia http://www.mallatmillenia.com/and it was awesome! My clients were greeted on the red carpet, served breakfast, and they had their own private fitting rooms with their names on it! I think they felt pretty special that morning and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to create this VIP shopping experience for them.
